At Getfasst, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged products

    • Defective items

    • Wrong product delivered

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is verified, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged after use

  • Items returned without proof

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
